Definite examples of previous works will be studied to extract from them the most useful and applicable lessons, techniques, details, and standards.

Project 1

Exploration & Presentation

Landscape has defined as a portion of land that can be seen in a single view. In the other word, landscape is a transformation between a pictorial presentation and direct representation of forms. This project has design to encourage architecture students to explore field of landscape architecture in both macro and micro scales to obtain a general understanding of the key terminologies of landscape architecture.

PROJECT 2

Landscape Design

Landscape design has a significant interaction with architecture and could have an important role in building’s energy saving and provision of buildings’ thermal comfort. In terms of aesthetic values, landscape architecture could enhance buildings’ aesthetics while it integrates plants, shrubs and ornamental features to the building. Green roofs, small gardens, and vertical gardens could reduce energy consumption of building and dramatically decrease building’s storm water runoff. At all scales, green infrastructure provides real ecological, economic, social and aesthetic benefits.
